Returns & Claims: All return claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the label.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions & Fees:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
- In rare cases, returns after 30 days may be accepted but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturing defect may be eligible for return. However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse will not qualify.
