At Arcadia Fashion Store, we believe in hassle free returns and customer satisfaction! Any product in our store can be returned if it comes in defective or if it's not the item you ordered. Please notify us within 48 hours and take pictures and email us at arcadiaretailstore@gmail.com to process your refund to the same payment you paid with.
We also explain under most products description the return policy for the item.

Some Policy Break Down
Furniture Return Store Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our furniture, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. However we recommend you inform us the minute you want a return so we we can take care of it for you promptly so you can order again.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Clothing Return Store Policy:
At Arcadia Fashion Retail Store, your satisfaction is our top priority! So if you're not completely happy with your clothing purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund.
Please note:
🔹 Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
🔹 Monogrammed, personalized, and special-order items cannot be returned.
🔹 Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Shoes Store Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not happy with your shoe purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Lamps Store Return Policy:
Because most of our lamps are imported from Europe where beautiful lamps are made most a sales on lamps final non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However,
🔹 Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or resolution. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims for damages reported beyond this timeframe. We do have lamps made in the USA with a different return policy always check under the product description.

We want your return experience to be as smooth as possible. Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we’ll verify that it meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy and Provide You With A Full Refund!
