Return Window: You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in new condition with original tags and packing slip included.
Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after RMA approval.
We do not provide return labels for refunds or exchanges. A return label will only be provided if we shipped the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Monogrammed, personalized, or special-order items.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Clearance items (Exchange only if damaged upon arrival).
Christmas-themed products (Non-refundable; exchange only if damaged).
Damaged Items & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 2 days for an eligible exchange only (no refunds for damaged items).
Customers must return the damaged item at their own cost before we process a replacement.
Lost Packages (Domestic U.S. Only)
If a package is lost in transit, we will reship a replacement.
If the courier tracking status shows "Delivered," the package is considered successfully shipped, and no reshipment will be processed.
In case of a lost package claim:
A case number from the courier (with staff/agent name and contact) must be submitted within 2 business days of the delivery date.
A photo ID of the recipient (plus an additional ID for security verification) may be required to process the claim.
USPS/UPS no longer accepts claims for delivered items (customers may file a police report and submit it to their home insurance).
International Orders & Lost Shipments
International packages may take up to 60 days for delivery due to logistics delays.
If a package is lost, the customer must:
File a local police report before we can process a claim.
Provide a letter from the local post office confirming the package is not traceable.
Submit two pieces of photo ID of the recipient.
Refunds for lost international packages are not available. If a claim is approved, we will reship the package.
Customs & Duties: The recipient is responsible for any customs duties upon package arrival.
Additional Shipping & Return Conditions
Some items may ship from our international warehouse if out of stock in the U.S., which may take 7-9 days via local USPS.
If a package is not picked up after a courier’s delivery attempt, resulting in a return to sender, we will not be responsible for refunds or lost shipments.
